If the dude says ''you need to jump off a bridge if you break your 6 months contract'' and some degenerate really in need of money accept and then breach the contract for a reason or another, does he have to jump off a bridge ?

I understand that these ''noble gentlemen / innocent euro'' want to protect their ass at all cost in any situations but there's a limit somewhere that has to be crossed.

Also you don't need to break the law/rules to be a scum. Taking avantage of the situation by exploiting bustos, good players or player with potential by offering ridiculously EV+ conditions is as scummy as it gets imo

He paid the loan back, the lol_50% of his profit (which I bet, was already a nice sum of money). I think that's already good. To some extent, I don't disagree that craggo should belong in the ''not recommended'' list of players but he shouldnt be called a thief or **** like that

But it's so simple - if the terms of the contract appear unreasonable then you don't sign (btw 50% is pretty standard in a staking agreement too afaik)

At best he was foolish and didn't pay enough attention to the terms of the deal, but the way he's behaved in the other threads about it suggest that his attitude was "too bad and fu, you're not getting a penny from me". Pretty scummy and looks like his rep over there is ruined (which he may not care about; if not fair enough and good luck to him).

I ignored D.S. after that cuz its super douchey to post PMs (notice how they are called PRIVATE MESSAGES maybe take a hint at what that means)
