Do you seriously think anyone has ever become successful by moving down in levels?
Come on I mean look at someone like Phillip Ivey do you think he moves down? I don't - you won't catch Philip Ivey grinding it out at the 59nl table when he has a few losing days.
The only solution if you start losing is to move up. You will undoubtedly recuperate your losses at a much faster rate- for example if your BR is say $800and you've been losing at 26nl the best thing to do is jump in somewhere between the 400 and 1000nl games but before you do this make sure to have a high limit credit card on hand to help out with the variance as you might find 600nl more swingy than your usually played 26nl game.
The only time you should ever think of moving down is once you've won back all your losses at the higher limits and want to splash around for a bit of fun.
Also play more HU vs regs to make your game stronger
