Another word of warning.

If you take serious blood thinners like warfarin (US), acenocoumarol (India, don't know about the rest of Asia) or phenprocoumon (Euro) and attempt the cinnamon challenge, you should reduce your medication accordingly. Otherwise you might bleed out. In case you take phenprocoumon you should reduce it by about 1mg from your normal dose the next time you take it, if you manage to get all the cinnamon down (even with water).

Id give 10$ for this but first i need someone with more experience on those peppers to find a good one

If its showing page 13 but you cant go to it, it's because some posts have been deleted and the process hasnt went through yet

Happened to me in other threads. I think it comes up if posts are deleted or merged while you're reading the last page. E.g. when you load page 12 there were 181 posts and therefore 13 pages. One deletion later there only 12 pages and you get redirected.

Was this the last post you saw before posting?
