I am not sure I am cut out to ever lead the security department no, but thank you for the compliment

The vast majority of us were/are poker players, when you can see hole cards after the fact, it is not that hard to spot it. There were also a lot of players on the site who would be able to spot things themselves and take the time to contact us. Not always but sometimes they proved correct which was a great help (especially when the e-mails are as detailed and descriptive as possible, with hand numbers, tournament ID's player ID's etc etc)

Details on the other two (BOTS and Multi account detection) would give insight into security procedures sorry
