Yeah I started w like a $30 deposit, ran it up to $800 at one point, lost down to $400 ish, withdrew $200, and now I'm down to bout $40 lol

I guess should have withdrew 400-600 . I'm not tripping I'm in for $30 at this point with an account high of 42. I'll try to FT one of these $1 or $2 ones again over the 4th and see if I can't run it up

The good thing is I'm playing really well and people aren't going to suck out with 2-4 outs on the river all the time. I'm just gonna keep getting better on them until I'm shipping on all the OWCs the rest of the month

My biggest problem is being patient. I'll play solid for 2-3 hrs then get bored and try some stupid **** and implode. But overall there's a few regs in the tournaments that are okay but for the most part it's pretty soft

The structure isn't fantastic with 10 min levels. After second break the average stack has 20BB or less. That makes things tough around the bubble if you're card dead like I was yesterday and makes the final table a bit of a crap shoot.

Agreed that there are some OK regs, and I'm no Fedor Holz, but they aren't either. I really like the small player pool because it lets us get practice in lots of mtt situations and work on our game as rec players who don't have time for mass volume and don't have access to stars.

Sure it's not going to pay the mortgage/rent as a side hustle or even a main one - but I'm kind of hoping to use it to improve and sharpen my mtt game and maybe build an mtt only roll for playing some WSOP events next year, that's kind of my goal with it.

Pretty attainable imo. I would love to be able to have it pay the bills and play full time but I don't think that would fly w the lady anyway. So side money for spending money/bills til I get a better job is what I use it for so far
