Gosh, I'm going through the worst downswing ever. I'm 1000 bb under expectation over the past 10k hands or so in mostly sng and a few tourneys and even when I have the worst of it it seems like every KK runs into AA, every set seems to run into a bigger set, full house over full house. It's been so gross. I'm trying so hard to continue to work at my game and utilize PokerTracker and Equilabs, studying ICM quizzes, watching various videos, trying to move down stakes. Nothing seems to be working. I am going to continue working on my game and putting myself in good spots.

Luckily I've managed to continue to practice good brm, but a significant portion of my bankroll is gone and I'm also now playing (and somehow losing) at stakes that seem insignificant to me. I'm a winning player (still) over several million hands across many networks and live, but losing thousands and waking up the next morning and still trying to put on my A game is so ridiculously tough. I took about a week off thinking that would help and things seemed just as bad when I came back to it. I may take a longer break if need be, but I'm just gutted.

not sure what 4 sigma means but I'm 80% below EV since 1st January 2014, average 25hrs a week, 18 games an hour. online poker isn't remotely random, just so u know. that Lee Jones vid on the number generator is ****ing hilarious, as fake as all governments. I currently play from the gutter licking the streets for food at a consistent 9 evbb/100 and zero winnings ever.
