Call a garbage hand to showdown, acting unsure/nervous the entire time. When you flip over your trash and get odd looks from other players say "I couldn't remember what I had but folding seemed weak."

Bring a copy of harrington on hold 'em (that contains at least 50 visible page markers) to the table. When it's your turn to act, flip through it to a marker and scan the page quickly before acting - particularly when checking.
