Your normal stop loss per session should be 4 buy ins and 5 at most. Sounds like you have a serious issue with tilting and compulsive gambling. I would make a guideline for your poker session and post it over your monitor. You need to make yourself accountable to someone close to you like relative or girlfriend so that you don't break your rules. 50 buy ins minimum and 100 buy ins optimum for each stake you wanna play. Get a kitchen timer to limit your session on consistent basis. Always review your session afterwards using HM/PT each time you play. Post questionable plays in the forum. The most important rule is you should never extend your session to chase loss.

I think you should know all that by now but you seriously need some self control and discipline to accomplish all this.

Re: graph

alright, new graph, i played some more hands this week. Haven't had much time too play cos I've been working in my new appartment for long hours, but still managed to play 12K hands in a week or so.. pretty decent.

Switched to 25nl, which I'm easily crushing too. Oppentens are just so bad, and give free moniez all the time.

Here it is..

So i am a winning player, but can't manage my money.

So you're not a winning player?

What's worse, being a winning player who can't handle his money or being a losing player who can handle his moneyz?

Just didn't cope with the fact that you can't win every session. In my head I always wanted to win every session, and when i didn't work out, I tried to force it, losing my control and went on tilt.

Now i am starting with serieus bankrollmanagement and tiltcontrol, and things are going my way again.

In a few weeks I will be playing 50nl, and with a few months I will have my whole bankroll back.

This forum has helped me alot with controlling meself.

Nice going man!! I'm glad you have more self control. I think the best way to gain more self control is to see if you can stop jerking off for a long period of time. I live alone and I have three fleshlights and one terabyte of porn in my computer so I'm constantly tempted but I overcame that problem a while ago and it has helped my poker game tremendously.

Nothing at all. Since you said you run far above EV, you could be a losing player on these stakes.
