I will give you 5 days to get the thread on 2p2 deleted. If you do not, I will be contacting my lawyer and filing a lawsuit against you. I have saved all files, paperwork, screenshots, documents, etc. I would not care about this thread had you not included my A.) car make/model B.) bars I hang out C.) city I live in, and D.) real name to affiliate all these things with. When I post as my real name on 2p2, I do it in a way where most people (in broad forums such as NVG/BVV can't affiliate my real name with my screenname). Here's a blog entry I just created but deleted because I didn't want to create a scene.

I'm not sure if any of you read 2p2, but there is a thread that is circulating that harasses me and hurts me intensely emotionaly. I spent all of today researching lawsuits and this is an easy lawsuit. I've print off all papers, saved files, and will be in contact with my lawyer at some point this week if this thread isn't removed. Imsakidd invaded my privacy by posting information from a private message (that wasn't even sent to him in the first place). This information included my car, bars I hang out at, where I live, etc. Not to mention a link from tableratings (which is ILLEGAL to use according to pokerstars terms and conditions). This scares me because there are many crazies out there who could easily stalk me straight to my house. It has also caused me to endure emotional trauma. I sent PM's to five (5) moderators kindly asking them to remove the thread and all 5 laughed in my face or didn't reply. Internet forums seem like play land, but vast violence has occured in the real world as a result of things being said in the world of the internet. Therefore, I doubt the court is going to take this issue lightly.
Also if someone ever would post his cell phone number publically (I never would). But, if he claimed I would, then they could just google him and come up with this (info that anyone in the WORLD can find): LINK DELETED

The harassment and trauma that he has bestowed upon me can potentionally be permanent and everlasting. He will pay the consequences or will at least spend a better part of February/March in the court room if the thread isn't removed.
P.S.: Quite frankly, I hope the thread isn't removed within 5 days. I have been somewhat bored with my life recently as I haven't been in school. It would be fullfilling to me if he pays the consequences for his actions in the courtroom by having to fork over a large % of his net worth to me. Even if nobody wins the lawsuit, he would still be forced to miss a lot of his schooling. I hope he enjoys the possibilities of A.) losing a lot of his bankroll. or B.) missing a lot of his schooling being in the courtroom.
