I accidentally registered for a heads up sng $55 + 2.50 vs a reg so i asked if he wanted to chop it. He said ok so we shoved first hand and whoever wins ships the loser the $55 back. Obv he won but i didn't get nothing in return. His alias name is "dmoney731" and i sharkscoped him and hes a winning reg. I dont understand why he ripped me off for $55 when he has over 26k in profit. I mean $55 isn't that much but the word TRUST is. Heres a log of the hand and the chat involved.

i emailed pokerstars and this is what they had to say:

The tournament lobby of the tournament in question clearly states: "Deal making is not permitted in this tournament" For this reason, I regret to inform you that, we are unable to enforce this deal. Such deals should be considered gentleman's agreements, bound only by the honour of the individuals making them. We do not wish to see any of our players hurt or misled by individuals who make and subsequently renege on such deals, and therefore strongly recommend that you do not make such unenforceable deals, or only make them when you trust the other party. I am sorry that we cannot proceed further with this matter and thank you for your understanding.
