Perhaps you might consider volunteering somewhere for a couple hrs. Evens out the life variance, imo. Turns the volume down on the swings, gives perspective, and is +karma ev. A lot of hardcore gamblers experience depression. Volunteering offsets it like a boss. Some people aren't into it, but it works wonders for a lot. Might even meet a quality babe there? Lol *thumbs*
