This guy was bad, i mean real bad (calling 2/3 of his stack with A2 pre. we both started with 50. After loosing the first pot (suckout cant remember) I reload and the tilt starts creeping in. To make it worse after every hand the guy tells me Im a donk and suck at poker, just insults me, my mom etc. After loosing my second buy in he start s going crazy in the chat and to make it worse on of his friends is watching and telling me that im horrible..bla bla bla.
Now - Im down to my last 60 $ he stars playing tight (very tilting). I get stacked again. At this point im on AGGRO TILT. Face red, bloodpressure high. My nose started bleeding and I was may too tilted and furious to do anything about it so I kept playing with a heavily bleeding nose. (I get that a lot due to air pressure or something). Now my t shirt, my laptop, the floor and my face are full of blood. Im down to my last 10$ while the super donk got my whole role GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Covered in blood and broke I go all in with KK he snap calls with AA, wins, says he is buying his girlfriend new shoes and insta quits. Completely in rage not thinking straight I start smashing my mouse and my lap top with my fist, and hinting it violently on the floor while screaming insults. Now my hand stars bleeding from hitting the laptop. Feeling like **** and covered in blood, I take a shower and go to bed. That day was horrible.

I have so many degen stories from my summer turning 21 i dunno where to start..it is way tldr that i dont wanna spend hours typing it so ill give cliffnotes

OP turns 21 june 22 and BR is ~500 from working and running pretty bad playing underage at mohegan for the last monthlive variance.(op lives 15 min from mohegan)

-grind a little 1/2 one night and run well find br at 1k...take shot at 2/5 with 500..set over set someone and won a couple nice pots and im up to 1500 and then get it in for 900 bucks with 77 on a Q72 flop against QQ and river a 7
June 29 BR ~3k
quit mowin lawns to play pokaz and just grind a ton

july playing 5/10 on 3k br..buyin in for 1k...playing a super lag game on small br and just crushing and im up to 7k by middle of july

take a shot at high limit BJ sit down with 2k.....playing two spots 100 each and run good and slowly press my bets by end of shoes and win 8k in two shoes

br 13k end of july...at foxwoods grindin 5/10 and drunk asian donkey shows up with 20k in purple chips..we open a 10/20 for him..i sit with 5k 6 handed...get it all in on a T63r flop with KK vs his QQ and hold after i 4 bet it to 1k pre...he was BB i was CO...play two more oribits and leave.

august after more grinding in mid aug i find my br at 21k...and then the ascend to busto began after i cashed around 20th in the foxwoods megastack tournament #1...5/10 getting two outted for 5k pot my AA vs KK...on tilt spray 3k at BJ tables at mohegan...
i did buy a 1997 benz for like 5k so i got something out of the experience...

have a losing craps sesh of 2k...
i went back to school sept 2nd and my br was at like 2k....wnet on some trips to mohegan and ran awful at 2/5 and 1/2 it was gross and as of two weeks ago was down to 300 bucks

went on a sunday...crushed 1/2 was up to 800, stuck it at 2/5 and was up to 2k again...went two days ago and got set over set for 1.6k pot and then tilted the rest at craps....i have 56.70 in my account...a benz i cant pay the insurance on at the end of the month....and parents who think i have like 5k.....at least im high roller status and get free frooms at mohegan sunday through thursday....im getting a stake sunday so let the climb to the top begin again

LOL, stars don't ban as easily as you'd think. after 20+ emails today, they said they created a filter to automatically delete all my emails, LOL INDEED, but i busted them, i sent a few mores later on and they responded quite fast too, so NICE TRY STARS, NOW GET ME MY CHAT BACK!

Wanted to contribute to the thread.. but without any really good stories, perhaps i can contribute a story by proxy...

Saw that 'Owning Mahowny' mentioned above about degen movies, but I dont think I've heard anyone mention 'Lucky Girl' aka 'My Daughters Secret Life', about a degen HS girl (an early elisha cuthbert).. I think it was a made for TV movie that was only released in Canada, but its a decent film and good degen story

dunno if i can remember most of mine because they have involved insane amounts of alcohol and drugs.

Thanksgiving weekend few years ago (canaaada) im working for like 40-50K/year and im losing/winning 1k a night playing PLO100-200 hu. I worked at a shipping store and essentially had to wait for students to ship stuff, other than that i would just jerk off to porn with the cash drawer open so no one could see over the table from outside. I have like 5k in my full tilt account and im playing at work. Series of bad beats cause me to quickly jump up limits, im playing 25/50 w/ 3K. A8J4 in 3 bet pot, 848 board get it in vs KK82... 6k pot. A chick walk in the door and wants to ship something.... 5 turn.... she asks how much it is.... K river.... i kick a box. She wanted to ship a DVD to the US i told her its 60$ cause its not documents and she has to use a package and not an envelope as we have to declare the DVD to customs.... she starts crying at the 20$ difference between shipping a envelope and a package and calls her mom to complain. I wanted to shove her obama sticker down her throat.

I went home that night to find my roommate in my room room in his boxers surrounded by empty diet pepsi cans... probably about 20. He is telling me of the soft games on full tilt poker. He says there are alot of fish in the 50/100 limit omaha h/l game this evening. Im not completely sure on the rules of omaha h/l but i know the rules on losing money, im good at it. We use his howard lederer approved deposit upgraded account to depo 2K in about 25mins and proceed to play and lost like 6 hands and see 0$. Btw this is a true story and i wish i still had the video but i noticed my roommate started to "scratch and sniff" as i called it once he began grinding for more than a few hours... essentially the dude would scratch/pick his ass and then try and discretely smell his fingers. Odd. Anyways now im down like alot of monies for today, which is now tomorrow. Now its thanksgiving and my roommate is off to see his family and mine is waiting. I maxed all deposits everywhere, so i googled who would take canadian bank accounts and "royal vegas poker" took some form of it. I quickly deposited 300 ACH, when i didnt even have anything in my account so it would definetly NSF on tuesday (monday holiday). I sit with the 300, run good up to 1.2k, sit at 25/50 plo game and get QQA4, jam Q43 board and triple up. I play for a bit and have now missed thanksgiving dinner but im even with like 4.8K in my royal vegas account. I actually withdraw so that i can pay off my debts. Check bounces, and in the time its clearing i spend the money i dont have. Site never got back to me =(. I had this happen on tilt, but they closed an account i ran up to 11K because it was like the 10th account under same name/ip. Just wish they wouldn't have let me run good first.

If that story sucks this one i liked too. So my first experience with non poker gambling, as i generally hate it, was having 200$ on bet365 and deciding that roulette was cool and i just pressed "repeat bet" "spin" for nearly 6 hours and turned 200, into 4.8K and back to 0 betting same layout or wtv. Same butt sniffer though i come home one night and hes on party poker on my computer again. Hes playing blackjack in 5 spots or something retarded. I see 1800$ in his account apparently lost 500 on partyPOKER and now depo'd 2k in rage. So he starts playing and winning / losing and eventually loses the 2k. Gets out the cc for another 2k deposit to "win it back, im due for a rush". I ask him 3 times if this is something he'd like to do, he doesnt respond. Deposits 2k and starts playing some more. He's down maybe 1k when dealer busts and he has 21 21 20 19 20 or something. He turns to me with a huge smile screaming "yeahhHH!!!!" and looks for the layne flack high five, but i e-dog him as i completely disgusted at this point. He is left with his hand in the air and he looks back at the monitor and his eyes start to water.

"I just want it over man, I work so hard for the money. Why do I do this to myself, its not right, i just want it over, i just want it over." He starts muttering this to himself and im donig my best not to laugh.

Anyways long story short loses rest of 2k, total 4.5K for the night, smells butt and drinks diet pepsi goes to bed. This dude was compulsive, i used to wake him up after being up till all hours grinding and be like "dude its 10 oclock" and hear "what man we got pocket tens? Pocket tens?" out of his room.

Last summer at a church festival. I was playing highstakes big six betting entire dollars. I was up about 30 when I stopped and hit the beer booth. I got drunk played some beat the dealer then came back to big six. Started betting 20s in about 10 minutes I had lost my entire paycheck for the week and was screaming the f-word. The cop in the area then asked me to leave...No money in big six everyone is solid

Hahaha I love it. Been in the sports media world since I got out of college in 2005. Anyone claiming that high a win % is DEF a total degen. IF you could beat NFL/NBA games at a 65% clip, you should never have to tell anyone. THEY'LL KNOW BECAUSE YOU'D BE A BALLER!!!
