So here's a question.

If I bet against and I could somehow convince your housemates to constantly bang on the door for 24/7 would that be allowed?

Absolutely. You would likely have to pay them to make the effort, but it would be allowed.

I haven't received much action, still looking for a lot more to make this bet worth doing.

I would suggest that you make a new thread, putting all of the conditions in the OP and stating exactly how much action you are looking for.

Most of these prop bets make their money by getting a ton of people to bet relatively small amounts. Most of those people won't trawl through this thread putting the conditions of the bet together, they just wanna see it all in one post.

OK, take away the laptop. I would do it for a month, but a few things would have to change. I would have to have bathroom breaks, and probably one shower a week. ANd I'm not throwing a towel over it, that would allow me to leave. I agree that there needs to be a camera in the room, and there will be. IMO, stepping out of view to take a **** or piss for 5 minutes a few times a day is nothing to bitch over.

have the camera cover you from 3 ft' above floor and up. that way you have 3 feet of privacy in which to ****. this way we'll still be able to see your face while you squeeze it out. And we'll all have fun guessing about the size/wetness of the feces. Also not leaving the room at all is the entire essence of this prop. Leaving for 5 minutes a few times a day turns the bet from "i will not leave this tiny room for a long period of time" to "i will spend most of my time in a tiny room". No one cares about the latter. If you want to be allowed to leave the room during the prop, you won't get the action you're looking for.

you should lose if you need to go the hospital unless it's a natural disaster, for instance the room caves in because of an earthquake..

if you get dehydrated or slip and break your neck or get bit by a spider then that's part of the risk, right?

aside from the obvious angles you could take (not saying you would) but after a few hundred hours you might consider dehydrating yourself into unconsciousness after hinting about how you think you're gonna faint, so you know they're watching the camera.
or you could just act sick and go to the hospital.

aside from those things,
i feel giving you any kind of break from the room kills the integrity of the bet.
i honestly mean even if your mother dies you will have to stay or pay.

that's just how i see these kind of bets, they're about being able to endure the unexpected things that are likely to happen to due to life-variance over a long period of time, physically or mentally.

If I get dehydrated or break an arm, it's my own goddamned fault, and I pay. If I think I'm having a brain aneurysms, suffer a heart attack, or have a seizure, thats out of my control, and I will get a second chance. However, if it ends up being a panic attack instead of a heart attack, then I lose and pay. Like I said, family can die, I stay in the room. I won't know anyway, since I'll be in the room.

EDIT: And there are no breaks.

I think you should pm one of the mods asking if they can edit the first post for you. It's really important you state all conditions as unambiguously as possible.

Yea I'll bet but if you don't want to get banned then start your own thread with all the rules and your screen name and how much action you want.

Not having a camera on you at all times makes this far too susceptible to cheating, plus creating loops is fairly easy. Only way you could ever really do this, obv completely impractical, is to have a camera on you at all times with a large digital clock clearly displaying the time AND someone impartial i.e. a 2+2er to come to the place for the duration to act as an adjudicator. Without this, IMO it's easy to cheat. Also add in a song set to perma-loop for the week and you'll get more action, death metal band probably best.
