This is what it looks like to only lose 2 days out of 15 straight playing for a total of -$600 at 2/4 NL on Pokerstars.

Sorry to anyone I've donked and ran good against, (ajfennewald + FastEddie267 + AlotOfAction among others). But I've reached my month goal and it's all I could think about at the computer for 15 days straight. I've had my trials and tribulations at $200 NL but this was just unexpected. So my next move is to remove these 2/4 winnings and play 1/2 NL again and hopefully grind back up a roll big enough to sustain running normal at 2/4 NL with it's high variance at times. I'm just trying to enjoy the moment while it lasts and would have no problem if I never had a month like this again for the rest of 2009.

I still feel humble and do not think I am "good" by any stretch of the imagination. But if you would've told me that I could win this amount in 2 weeks a year or two ago, I would've been the first to consider it a joke.

Hopefully this gives any grinder who plays below $100 NL some sort of inspiration that average/ordinary players can win a lot if they are persistent and have the discipline to win and a little bit of luck always helps. Best of luck to everyone in February and the rest of 2009!

Why even move back down? You take shots and hopefully run hot, if you run hot, you stay at that limit, if not, you move back down.

Don't worry, I know I'm still heavily outmatched by some of the biggest winners at 2/4 on Pstars... some of them might be reading this thread even.

But this month definitely makes up for my month in December when I was going for 400k vpps and had to play roughly 120k hands to get it... I ended up losing -11k in total profit at 1/2 NL, but with all FPPs included I finished down $6k at 1/2 NL (and earned a $4,000 bonus of course)... definitely the worst run I have ever had in poker since I've played online in 6 years that I can think of.

If you are a true eagles fan, u know about let downs as well as I do... the chances of repeating like this just aren't highly probable.
