Typical, there are a lot of very unserious responses to a series very inspirational and serious posts.

I recently have started playing poker full-time after being unhappy with college life and the prospect of a deskjob/worse for the rest of my life. Although I am committed to studying poker and improving, I think I've done so haphazardly and without structure. These posts really have given me some hope as I've struggled a lot playing 50-100NL heads up in the last few months, and some insight on how to structure myself and improve mentally.

Anyways, it gives me a lot of relief and confidence that there's much more independent effort in the path to becoming a strong player than exterior influence. I will definitely redouble my efforts.

Seriously though, great thread. I think you underestimate how rare self-awareness is in people however, otherwise there would be plenty more people putting up graphs like yours
