You're ****ing stupid. If I was a robber with a gun and my victim would be pointing a gun at my face I would be MUCH more likely to panic and shoot first in fear of being shot myself/losing control of the situation.

So the obvious solution is not to have a gun yourself and let the robber have total control of the situation. Good call.
