Its easy for anyone who is a solid winner, and that excludes 90% of players.

This thread tilts me so hard. Are people seriously not aware that simply achieving supernova elite is worth $100K? All he has to to is build a roll big enough to break even grinding out SNE, and that would be the hard way to get $100k.

I would need 10:1 to even consider a betting against him. Getting 1:1 it would have to be 6 months without FFP's.

not sure i like this challenge any more. $5 to 100k was cool but he went busto... shoulda dropped down to .01/990s after a fail with the .1/360s and then 'failed' after hitting 0 imo.

he's never going to make it to elite starting with $5 and less than 6 months in the year. this would be such a retarded challenge if that were the case.

What is the easy way if getting to elite is the hard way?

I'm a solid winner, been playing for a living for almost 7 yrs.. i couldn't do this. I don't have the work ethic and commitment to put in that amount of hours. I'd say neither do 99.99% of people which is why it takes a hell of a lot more than just being a solid winner to pull off something like this.

i think the supernova freeroll makes it super retarded if thats how he does it. i think that's not in the spirit of the bet. its to take $5 and grind it up to 100k afaik. and, as much as I love boku I just don't think this bet can be taken to far without having something like " BOKU COMPLETED THE $5-->$100K CHALLENGE* "

*sort of

You don't get vpp from micro stt/mtt or cash (not enough for any milestones). I'd be surprised if he could get 5kvpp in july. He is not gonna make sne from a zero roll. Any ITM finish in the sn freeroll is gonna be his biggest BR boost for a few weeks.

re: Boku87 Challenge #2 UPDATE: FINISHED!

IMO playmoney should not be allowed to be sold for this challenge. He should have to use the weekly freerolls. The $100k & $75k freerolls should net him at least a few bucks in a fe tries. Plus I can almost guarantee anyone with half a brain can get at least 2 tickets to the planets weekly rnd.2 freerolls each week, and obviously the fields are supersoft in those.
