Bumping for confirmation that email was real. I sent support an email a few days ago asking if it was real and here's the response:

Hello Pokerbreed,

Thank you for your email, and for your kind words!

Yes, the email is indeed legit - I wrote it about a week ago.

I know it might be hard to believe that we used words like "tits" in an
email (just did it again). I will not get into details, but in short; if a
word is fitting to the email we are often allowed to use it, even though it
might be outside what is considered "professional tone".

Anyway, I am glad you liked it, and yes - we have a lot of fun writing these
responses too.

I hope this clarifies the matter, but if you have any other questions, feel
free to let me know.
