The best part is that, since the villains didn't get it all-in on the flop, PT4 shows this as a 100% loss in EV for me, even though I had 62% equity when I went all-in.

Unlucky? I would say it’s normal luck for me!

I had just lost a big pot with TPTK where dude had called a 40% flop bet, then a pot sized turn bet with middle pair only to hit trips on the river. I hadn’t had time to clock the rebuy before this hand started.

Normally I am not jamming flop here. I did it because I was out of position on a pretty draw heavy board and was relatively short stacked. I figured also that there were not a lot of cards I really wanted to see come out. I also figured the villains have a lot more Ax than I did and honestly I was trying to make it look like a bluff/semi bluff …the BTN betting here when he could have taken a free card told me he was strong…

That flop check raise is absurd from you for that amount

Both of the other players called the bet while he had a large advantage in equity. Seems alright to me.

The way I looked at it is 1) I’m almost certainly ahead 2) not a lot of cards I really want to see come out 3) there is some Ax and 2pair holdings here that I can get value from 4) jamming looks a lot like I m chasing a flush draw.

I figured this was an ideal spot to just rip it in not to mention I’m out of position…

He didn't have a straight he had a gutshot. The other guy had a set not quads. Maybe your downswing is at least partially attributable to being unable to read the board!

Or maybe you were unable to read what the turn and river cards were?

What? Fold turn and river to no bet?

What hand are you guys looking at? Hero was all in on the flop.

My first instinct is to fold this river. I never doubt myself, usually I'm right most of the times.

I don't need to read turn and river cards. If you can't figure out your strategy on the flop, you're toast.
