On a serious note, you could check with your ISP and see if you have dynamic IP or not, and if not you may be able to get your static IP changed. Then all you need to do is sign back up with a different creditcard/address.

You have to put yourself in Stars' shoes. They probably don't want to risk some kind of legal issue and/or negative press that could occur after someone offs themself (or has some other kind of issue) after saying they were suicidal and had gambling problems.

Even if there was a good chance you weren't being serious, this is just good business practice.

If you really don't have any serious issues, then just find another place to play.

more info on this tacgnol? probably not possible because at the moment i do not have an isp, i am connecting for free using the adaptor that came with my linksys wireless g router, i think im picking up a signal from across the street or something....can i still change the ip? it seems that it what they identify your computer by, is the ip.....any other ideas? it would be great if i make a new account without having buy a new computer to get a new ip address bla bla blah

Once you figure out how to make your 2nd account (and if you are having so much trouble figuring that out, I can't imagine you will be able to figure out how to make $ playing poker), then all you need to do is find a way to fund the new account that is different than what you used to use.
