damn..I came to this section to read your thread, I saw this title and really hoped it was not yours.. it is..damn..just damn.. I have friends that have done similar things with sports betting, table games etc.... You can come back, don't be afraid to post, even though its tough and people will be dicks, it will hopefully help you get through it and refrain you from doing it again. everyone goes bust from time to time.. seriously though you just need a semblance of life balance before gambling, doesn't need to be much either, just do some "lifestuff" each day before you play. If you feel really frustrated and that you'll be stressed while playing then just don't play.

tbh OP, the best thing you can do is completely remove yourself from all things poker / gambling. delete your mates' numbers who are degens, ban yourself from 2p2, set up security measures on your browsers to not accept any dls from pokerstars, ft, etc. and uninstall the clients. imo you have a choice right now, you can either try and pick your life up or keep repeating the same processes with the same results. be thankful you still have your health, age, etc. and move on.
