I was playing in the Bellagio 2/5 game last Saturday night when in walks some drunk guy and his girlfriend and takes two empty seats. This guy sits to my right and proceeds to play 80/60/30 and is crushing the table.

I start talking to him a little trying to figure out who he is, because he is obv way too good to be playing 2/5. It turns out he is tsarrast, one of the biggest PLO players on Full Tilt right now and a regular at Bobby's Room in the plo/nlhe games. He's one of the top 10 winners of the year up over a cool mil accd. to highstakes db.

So we're playing and all of a sudden he tells everyone at the table that he'll lay 10:9 on betting flop color with anyone at the table. Everyone refuses, and then he starts razzing me about how if I'm a professional gambler, I should take up the offer no matter what.

I'm like, well I'm a big nit but oh shi he's right so I lay $90 to $100, let him pick red, and lose the first flip. Okay. I lay another $90 to $100 on the next hand, lose again. Still up a few hundred from the night playing, so I decide to lay the rest of my profit, $180 to his $200 on the very next hand. Lose again. Now I'm steaming out of my mind while he is laughing maniacally. Kelly Criterion is flashing through my head but I'm like **** it and put the rest of my stack on the line, something like $445 to his $500. IT COMES RED!!! ARGH!!! The last 4 flops have been red, I'm 0-4, and I just lost over $800 on flips in the last three minutes with a guy who doesn't even care about the money!

He is actually a pretty nice guy, tries to console me a bit and gives me one last piece of action before he leaves a few hours later, another $90 to his $100, which comes red and I lose again. 0-5 on flips against millionaires.

I swear nosebleed players have never lost a single flip, and if they tried to flip against each other online the site's servers would blow up and they'd both be awarded all the money from everybody else's accounts including sponsored pros and Lee Jones and Steve Lipscomb

I see no mention of tsarrast

I almost always refuse flips at the tables and have done only a few in my life, for around a hundred each, except the one time I lost an $800 flip to foxwoodfiend because I felt I couldn't turn him down because of his sick reputation for flipping
