Most Definitely more fun. Used to be more lucrative but players are getting better and better as the sharks are devouring the fish instead of cultivating them.
I play much smaller now than i did and keep less online because i am skittish about some of the parallels going on in DFS with the happenings of black Friday (Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...)
But man is it a rush to see a $25 investment net a $5k++ win. It got me watching and enjoying basketball again, a sport i virtually ignored for the past decade.
One of the biggest drawbacks in the 10% rake. It's very hard to overcome.
Baseball is all about the math and algorithms, which is not my strength, so aside from some small dabbling here and there, I stay clear.
One thing is for sure (at least in my case), being a winning DFS player is a hell of a lot more work, but it's enjoyable work.
