I sat at a BetOnline poker table today where we feel like we were ripped off on a bad beat. The community cards were: Jc Qc Ac Tc As - the losing hand had the 8c9c which gave them the low Straight Flush 8-Q. The winning hand, of course, had the KcAh - which gave him a Royal Flush. Under the "Terms & Conditions" posted on the BetOnline website, the losing hand must use both hole cards (which he did). The Bad Beat qualifier was a losing hand of 4 Jacks (or a better hand) - which was also met. But no Bad Beat from BetOnline. The "Terms & Conditions" do "not" specify that the "winning" hand must use both hole cards. In the absence of this, we feel the table should be awarded a Bad Beat. The hand history was #111825792 on 03/14/17.

I looked at their terms and conditions and it appears you are right. Though they have this little nasty condition at the bottom...
