Yep, that's me. Thought I'd post the joy I'm having so far this month...and in particular tonight.

Some background, I'm a winning player at absolute basement stakes (10+bb/100 post rake), just playing to improve and earn some extra cash on the side. In February and March I was on my absolute A game netting about 15bb/100...and then came April:-



That big downward slope towards the end...that was 45 minutes into my session tonight. I would post a few of the hands but I can't get the converter to work :/

Just wondered how you guys approached variance when it comes along, take a break, grind harder, analyse specific parts of your game? If you've had a horror show month, feel free to post an image so I know I'm not the only one :P

Go work at McDonald's. The pay is better and the cheeseburgers would be free making it +EV

April/May brutal for me. Not really poker though. I play mostly horses and sports. Just loss after loss. Sicko beats in horses. Just missing on monster pick 4s and pick 5s, no tickets cashed on the derby, every sports bet a loser. Even stood to cash 3600 bucks if the blues won game 4 against the wild in round 1 (nhl playoffs). They win the series in 5 games only losing game #4...even tried to stay away from the casino, only going twice in 2 months but still managed to drop 4 figures in 2 days on slots and VP. Took a year break from ACR just started playing again and losing everything on there too.

I'm so tired of losing.

well just stop losing then.

Usually just the combo. Sometimes I like to spice it up with extra lettuce for that extra $0.50
