One moment sir.

I wish, but I doubt it. Here we go!:
I understand that you bring the "regardless of religious belief/non-belief" portion here because of the spirituality aspect, and typically this is associated with a supposed "soul," or the part of the body/mind that identifies one as an individual. What quantum mechanics suggests is that consciousness, referred commonly as soul in religion, exists after death in a quantum field, obeying the same rules as photons, electrons and other types of particles. So, when the body dies, the consciousness or "soul" lives on through these properties.
The trick in verifying/validating these theories is understanding how quantum entanglement works and harnessing it without destabilizing the system in the process, right? And being that we've been able to transport particles via quantum entanglement, we could hypothetically use this technology/understanding in harnessing the consciousness that theoretically exists in a quantum field.
But I'm a layman so I really don't know ****.
