Serious question though:
Anybody change their mind about the live play after switching from online to live? I remember a big debate about how 25/50 live is like the play money freerolls on stars or something.

im a HU reg. playing 5/10 at commerce currently. games are 10x softer. my winrate increased significantly

+1. Back when id play live like 4 times a year id equate 5/10 to $0.50/$1. But now I have no clue what to equate it to since I've never played lower than $0.10/$0.25. But my guess would be$0.05/$0.10.

Personally, Black Friday was kind of a blessing in disguise. I was grinding out micro-low stakes tourneys trying to build a roll...so my average day was losing 2-300 bucks, with the occasional bink. Since May 1st I've put in about 250 hours at 2/5 live, and am averaging exactly $50/hour. Want to hear the best part? I struggled to breakeven for 200k hands at $.50/1 FR on Stars.

I haven't noticed any increase in skill or reggish type of people at local indian casinos. I'd say online players must be crushing.

Live just sucks cus rake is so hi and game is so slow... If your ever in a tough live game , just get up... Waste of time

I dont mean "tough" but some people had to realize they underestimated the live play. I'm not naive enough to think online games arent/werent tougher but the way they made it seem was that playing 2/5 live was equal to playing .02/.05 online.
