There wasn't a 60bi losing hand. The steep line you see is 3 hands in quick succession.

His biggest losing hands appear to be two hands where Cole South was forced to shove, and he called and lost, and then this third hand where it is unclear who was required to shove but it was probably the OP.

It's in the link, but win a hand with 72, 83, 94 or T5, and show it, and the next hand your opponent must shove all in as his first action. Best played in person sitting face to face on laptops. The risk of the bounty makes folding dangerous and so the game plays huge.
