Let's say you play 40,000 games but you're -$10, does that mean you lost the bet or can you continue to play so you stop at more than 40,000 games and when you have a profit?

I took it to mean that he has to be over 40k games and in profit at some point in order to win the bet. So if he plays 40k and is losing he can continue to play to get into profit, or if he slips into loss after having been in profit after game 40k he still wins. This covers a close finish where he starts a session, is profitable and wins over the first few games which takes him to 40k played, but then bricks 18 in a row and finishes on say 40018 games and -$200 overall.

Unless english isn't your first language, the meaning of that rule seems pretty obvious.

Is it? It may just be unintended poor wording (based on the example in #14), but the phrase "at least" sounds like a very lawyerly/backdoor way to give OP a way to win the bet. There's nothing saying what the maximum number of games is (needs to play 40k games and have a profit at some point after playing "at least" 40k games).

So, play 40k games with 2-3 days remaining using up all 25k 30's, then if you're still down say several k+, you game select 100s as best you can to try and get a last ditch upswing. Even if it increases the chances of winning by 5-10%, that's pretty huge getting 5:2 with a lot of $$ at stake.

Either way, sounds like the bet's going to happen. People like to gambool
