His participation in marketplace threads is another thing entirely and certainly open to debate. I'm not a mod there and frankly don't know the rules regarding previous scammers.

OP's Marketplace Approval was actually removed on August 14th, shortly after we were made aware of the situation. Since there was money outstanding, I didn't want to post anything about it until everyone had received their shares. Glad to see that investors have been getting paid in OP's MP threads thus far, but he shouldn't have had MA in the first place.

I can't say for sure how this happened, but presumably whomever approved him didn't know about his issues. However, we definitely need to take ownership for at least part of this, because we noticed this back in May and discussed it in the mod forum, but then it appears no one actually took action; I guess it just slipped through the cracks somehow.

Additionally, as coincidence would have it, my 4 year old was having outpatient surgery last month and the main person I worked with was the one that came to check on my son to see if he needed anything. She said the kids have absolutely loved having some more modern systems to use.

So, at least one little bit of good came out of this entire fiasco thanks? to the money RoSeeker chose to sent me.
