OP, this has been incredible read. You're a very talented individual. You've seen and done things most of us can only imagine, and you've been good enough to share them with us. It's appreciated.

Everyone here (except the biggest of idiots) loves you. I'll join the throng subscribing on Facebook, if the laughs from the profile are any indicator of what you're bringing.

You've usually got access to enough money to buy whatever you want, and have been able to take care of yourself doing something you more or less love. You have friends and admirers. You're healthy, at least physically.

But it sounds like none of it makes you happy. Not for real, not for long. I suspect that's because you keep coming back to this idea that you're somehow not worth anything, personally.

I hope you'll believe me when I tell you that that's a lie.

So go on, enjoy your sick life, keep telling the stories (and especially posting pics). But the next time you get to that cold, existential realization that none of it will fill you up, no matter how many women (or men) you crawl into or how many drugs you put in your body, how good you feel for a while, or even how many friends you have - and we both know it'll come - I hope you'll use that as a motivator rather than wallowing in self-pity. I hope it motivates you to move on to something worthwhile. And then, at that point, get some help to figure out what that might be. hey thanks guys for all the responses especially the longer ones from J_phil and Warteen. those were super uplifting for me. When you connect with someone in the poker community it's an amazing dynamic. I mean, you still want to send him home completely broke with a runner runner two pair draw then go **** his mom and tag him in the photos on facebook, but at the same time it feels good to know you're not alone out there in the trenches.

I've been in sydney the last few weeks tilting my ****ing brain off and playing like a t-virus injected orangutan. I've basically prostituted myself out to a woman back home for a bankroll top up so hopefully things are on the turn around. My temporary wife is still here for another 11 days, after that should have some substantial update to post. gl hf everyone.
