I just realized I ****ed up a 170 dollar pair of hugo boss jeans too I didn't even think about the ramifications of that until now.

Funny thing is the jeans were more expensive than the ER trip (100 copay) plus the carpet cleaning service (50 bucks and I tipped him a nug of purple kush)

I posted the bloody knife and within a few hrs when room mate gets back from DMV i will have pics of me laid up jeans drenched in blood etc.

The one thing i regret was not saving that quiznos bag. On another note, I also regret stabbing myself in the leg.

I actually was first considering my hand earlier but when the time came it was just instantly the leg. I can't explain it to someone who doesn't have this sort of masochistic instinct but it literally felt like the most natural thing in the world, and i've never done this before (once I slashed my hand in the process of cutting up my desk at home but nothing this intentional or DEEP)

I've actually heard (i think from penn and teller lol) that this sort of "venting" is a negative reinforcement. It makes it so you "go there" every time you get upset.

Actually despite this little snag ( and about one other every 3-4 mo) I have a reasonably good emotional control regimen. I take walks, I definitely close my laptop when its 'that time', and I even practice meditation 20 min at least twice a week.

Thats part of the reason this is so shameful was because I was doing relatively well and in one instant all of that discipline can go away. sucks to be human.
