in my opinion and the opinions of many others, buddhism is not considered a religion at all but a philosophy/ general way of life. its all about balance and i wouldnt see how it would conflict with playing poker so long as poker didnt consume your life.
One of the things I think alot of people struggle with is their $$ won without showdown. How do you keep yours on a steady increase? Shed any advice regarding this aspect of your game please...
I read (copy and pasted) your previous thread and this one. God knows how I found it, but this is definately what I need to improve on. My emotions are out of whack and I cannot perform well at the tables. I am taking time away from playing until I get it together.
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge and wisdom.

Of course this is the general view which I agree with.
so how did your month go with the hud? was there a big difference to change your view on the hud?
i saw in the other thread that you wanted to start using it again to see how you felt about it since before it didnt seem to really help but distract you. Then this tread it seems you do like it alot more.
except for the palms getting all sweaty I could describe myself in the exactly same way.
the early orbits of any session that I make are always spewy, 2/3barreling way too much, and I find myself grinding just to make up for the initial mistakes.
in the long run I`m doing OK, but I could be doing so much better if it wasn`t for those sticky spots that I got myself into.
could you please elaborate on how to understand why someone would react like this whenever you start a session?
same here, what disease is this ??
thanks a bunch (L) op
Please to be answering this... You answered everything except this lol
hope to keep my cool a little bit more now.
i'm having the fear of losing to a certain degree i guess, hope to get it out. i think it helps a lot to play overrolled if you're afraid of losing
