this is such a minor point, but anyways. ppl betting 10k can much more easily escrow 100% and they are giving up little.

escrowing 250k is expensive for only one person, in terms of both float and liquidity. IF it turns out that this is the only stipulation that keeps the bet from happening, we can solve it. But I doubt this will be the case.

yes, deep tables would have to be allowed. basically any table at the 2/4 NLHE except for HU.
