Why do you want to discourage people from folding hands which they previously didn't think were good enough to cold call with (which by itself means they already are bad enough to play in the first place).
I'd bet/fold the turn and probably take myself to value town on the river if he doesn't raise.
I think this is the line I like best looking back on it. Fwiw, in the actual hand I ended up check calling twice and losing to AJ. I kind of hated it because I felt like my hand was face up after the turn.
I don't expect a random live player to raise turn often without having an ace or better so I think the bet fold would be good.
