Dealer in my game just asked old guy if he was on grinder. He professed to not know what she was talking about, but racks up to leave very next hand. Suspicious?

Why the hell would she know who is on grinder?

It's such a strange question it is suspicious. And you have to believe if she somehow knows this she doesn't know what Grindr is or she wouldn't have asked at the table like that.

Maybe someone else in the casino was on and told her that he was nearby. I'd say odds are he is, who cares.

Possibly wandering out to Arizona in a few months (might take a friend of mine to the Suns - Celtics game for her birthday). Does 40/80+ go off w/ any regularity in Phoenix on Saturday nights?

Edit: I see 40/80 going off @ Talking Stick right now on a Thursday night, so my guess is "probably"

It seems to start pretty regularly in the early afternoon most days. Think 2-5pm range. If not, there is always 20/40 going and more than likely 40 or higher mixed games.

I think you probably play better sober than anyone in the world.

Sounds confusing, don't mean you play better than people when sober, but the degree that you play sober better than yourself is probably greater than any poker player in the world.
