Cliff notes/summary of what I consider the best lines:

Sets and FDs: Bet/3bet the flop. Fully take advantage of our monster equity on the flop.

AJs/QQ: Check the flop. If BTN bets, it's time to play bingo. I.E. call down and pray/hope to improve. If BTN checks, get ready to go to war on a blank turn, hoping someone in front of you bets, so you can raise for value/protection.

KK: Check the flop. If BTN bets, call, with the intention of donk/calling a blank turn. If BTN checks flop, we're ready to go to war again, hoping someone bets a blank turn in front of us.

AA: I think there's still room for debate here. I'm heavily leaning towards check/calling the flop if BTN bets with the intention of donk/3betting a blank turn. If BTN checks, see above.
