No since 1. Efficacy would never cc and a 60/5 who opens from the button has such a strong range that 3betting would be bad but yeah there are plenty of spots where I'd 3bet against weaker openers.

ya the switching spots was a bad example.
i guess it more depends on how often you think the button will cbet and how light the sb will peel flops?

Yeah those are prolly the 2 most important. Probably also if button is the type to cap too light then make mistakes postflop we should obv consider that too.
