Oh yeah! If SB 3-bets light here (which he does since he's good), then your cap is certainly for value.
As nightfish states above, you just have to balance your range by occasionally capping 87s or somesuch.
It's for the same reason that S&M in HEPFAP recommend occasionally opening hands like 87s in EP. Keeps em guessing!
Also, I've found that when people see this
once many of them automatically write you off as a nutter...which is great!
