Re: post a hand where you ruin someone's life

I would have but I was actually not sure my hand was good. I knew he didn't have the 7, but he could easily show down 85, 82, or even a set. I'm still pretty surprised he 3-bet the flop with 54.

He is obviously expert and knew you were employing the free card play.

He didn't have a flush draw. On the flop he had a bdfd but it didn't come in on the turn.

Bay 20/40:

5 limpers, SB completes, I check A9 in BB.

Flop: T62. Checked around.

Turn: T. Checked to aggro LP who bets, super-fish on button calls with overs, I c/r because my Ace-high is good. Folded around. LP thinks and calls, fish folds.

River: K. I bet, LP raises. I call and LP insta-mucks.

Re: post a hand where you ruin someone's life

Commerce 40

So it's the most card-dead session I can remember in many many months. At my must-move game, I only played one hand past the flop (it was JJ). The only other hands I played I stole the blinds.

So then I move to a main game and for 9 orbits I only see the flop 3 times, and I lose two of those hands, both of which I fold at the river. I'm stuck about $600 on blinds alone. My best hand is 44, which I don't get a chance to play. I also get AJo but a tight player raises up front so I have to muck that one too. The hands I took to the flop were A7s (SB), 94s (BB), and A5s (CO open raise). Monsters.

Even though my table is ok, I decide to move just to get a change of pace. I go over to Sailboats' game because there are a few tasty treats over there I want to rob from, including that one tiny weird guy in the wheelchair whose wife always sits with him and watches him bleed dime after dime playing J8o for 3 bets while tilting.

I continue to fold all my wonderful 52o and K4s hands, until I finally see ATo in the BB. Holy crap this is like the best hand in poker. It's folded around to Sailboats on the button and he obviously raises. His range is super light and I'm about to 3-bet when wheelchair guy calls from the SB. Now I hestitate but screw it this hand is the nuts so I 3-bet anyway. Sailboats caps. Oops.

We both call and the flop comes down ATT. Well that's cool but it sucks that I crippled the deck because now I'll never get any action on this hand.

SB checks, and I check, and Sailboats c-bets. SB calls, and I c/r, Sailboats calls, and now SB 3-bets. WTF haha, I call and now Sailboats caps! WTF hahaha. We both call.

The turn is a Q. SB bets, and I raise, and Sailboats finally wises up and mucks his cards, and SB calls all-in (goddammit I didn't know he was short-stacked because he's in the 9 seat and I'm in the 1 seat) with QT.

When he sees my hand he slams his cards on the table and the Q goes flying but the T stays in his fist and he squeezes it to death until it lies bent and torn over the shuffle machine. The dealer calls for a setup and SB's wife wheels him away to go to the ATM or something.

This story would be better if his hand was declared dead and then the dealer rabbit hunted a Q from the deck.

A+ anyway.

Re: post a hand where you ruin someone's life

cp 4 handed 30 game
villian is dmark for those of you who know the game- plays pretty well most of the time

villain opens from the SB, hero calls in BB with K 2

flop K 3 3
villain bets, hero calls

turn 6
villain bets, hero raises, villain 3s, hero 4s in motion

villain tanks then folds AK face up
hero rolls his hand

Re: post a hand where you ruin someone's life

8-16 Villian is on tilt after getting AA cracked twice in the last 15 minutes.

3 limpers I raise KsQs, villian 3 bangs , everyone calls.
Flop is Q72 one spade , checked to me I bet , Villian raises all call.
Turn is 4 spades , checked to villian who bets , 1 caller, I call.
River is Ac, villian slams his hand on the table, checked to me I bet Villian throws his pocket Kings in the muck face up, limper folds, I roll over my KQ and villian goes nuts.

Josh if you played online you'd know that's like the most standard hand ever.
