I think calling the river is super non-standard and if it is you're showing down an exploitable amount. I also think c/r the flop is very very bad for your flop c/c range.

villain was b/f every paired or dry flop beginning of match he was starting to fight back at this point and i didnt much care for that idea so i had to do this to him to try and make him realize its better to just let me win every pot without a struggle when eh has nothing. when i think some1 is terrible (and i probably do if im playing them hu) i dont really care about balancing i care about making them do the stupidest thing possible every time they have a decision

I don't think your play is bad automatically, as I could see multiple reasons for it, especially against the typical bad reg at those levels. But it shouldn't be standard at all.

I also like your cd much better after you 4bet flop/chked turn than if you just c/c c/c. For the same reason, I'd like your cd okay if you only called his flop 3bet.

it would be nicer if the turn paired the board or was a K. theres still tons and tons of combinations of cards in between a 4 and an A, im not folding Qhigh here. the K on the river made it much easier to call a riverbet also.

Okay you're calling the river too much if you're just blindly showing down here. First of all, Q high is below your equalirium point for calling down. Secondly people, in general barrel below equalibrium on this board texture. So not only does a cd not fit well into a balanced game, it also doesn't fit into an exploititive game, generally.

This is all assuming your play in a vacuum is to c/c the flop, which it should be. HM basically induced a bluff by c/r/capping the flop, which is a good play against this villain but isn't good in general. Which is why HM ruined this guys life.

The king doesn't do anything to change the hand.

if Qhigh is any good, a K is just as good as the board pairing.

Re: post a hand where you ruin someone's life

When the cash flow was high, I jumped into a Bellagio 1/2 game drunk.

It was clear I was the biggest fish on the table after a couple of horrendous plays. I raised 98o OTB, SB 2 bet, BB 3 bet, I 4 bet, SB capped.

FLOP J,2,5 rainbow. SB bet, BB 2 bet, I 3bet, SB 4 Bet, BB capped.

TURN 7 no possible flush on board. SB bet, BB 2 bet, I called (GUTSHOT), SB 3 bet, BB 4 bet, I called, BB capped and we all called.

RIVER 10. SB bet, BB called. I raised. SB 3 bet, BB took forever and folded. I 4 bet, BB capped. I called and turned over the nuts.

SB had JJ, BB had 55. I scooped the huge pot and won more decent sized pots later that night. I left +$15K and the table broke when I left.

If it's heads up before the fifth bet is placed, then there's no cap.
