Plenty of people blow up at their jobs and get fired. It seems like Jesse realized the mistake and is accepting of the outcome, which is the only way to really proceed. These sort of things are never permanent anyway.

What's more interesting to me is that people are still listening to the radio.

I think Jesse has a right to not tolerate the nasty behavior of the fish. Yet, I fully understand Mike's point I view... If the ashole was anywhere near a winning player I agree more and more with Jesse. It's kinda sad that our behavior towards other players is dictated based on their skill at poker. I've grown accustomed to earn a living from Mike's point of view. I don't tolerate bs from decent players yet I rarely tap the glass if a fish is evolved.
Bottom line is that Jesse doesn't have a family and mike does. It's not about 7k hrs, mike has 3x that its about being a hardened pro and detaching yourself while at "work"

Could you imagine Mike coming home to his family saying, "All I made today was pride, I choose pride over $ for our family."

I played at the Bike a few times yrs ago. I honestly did not like it at all there. The games were okay but if you have the choice between several other places that have better games and you like playing at more why even go to the Bike. Plus the chairs suck. Maybe just me but I hated them.

Still looking forward to the return of OL poker soon. Not only do I have lots of new underwear to try out while playing but got a product called the Pokatheter to try out

Let me start by saying i've never blown up at anyone at a poker table, let alone a fish. With that said, big deal re: Jesse's behavior. Yeah, so what, he lost it. If he makes a habit of it, then we can talk. If the facts are 100% accurate (questionable, but giving the benefit of the doubt) then it was hardly a blow up. Some fish can handle taking a little **** in after giving it out all day. apparently it went a little to far for this guy, or maybe he was just already and tilted and going to leave at his blind anyway. He was probably the only fish at a 40/80 los angeles area casino.

Not only can some fish handle a little bit of **** being sent their way...Some fish enjoy the back and forth banter, and insist on being a part of it. It's good to have a flexible persona at the poker table.

One thing that always needs to be kept in mind is that most nonpros come to the poker room to enjoy themselves. They don't want to be around a bunch of miserable grinders bitching about mundane stuff, and/or sitting around with giant headphones watching movies on their iPads all day.

You're lucky to have each and every one of the moron fish who come sit in your game and inevitably lose. Don't act like it's the other way around.

I'm pretty much done with this. I made a mistake. I also play bad more often than not and am turning into a raging *******. It is what it is.

If you know me personally and want to offer constructive criticism/support whatever that's fine. But if you've never met me and don't know the first thing about me let's just mutually agree to keep it that way
