$50 and told her more to come. She's the one who is always there everyday. Wouldn't be another good option.

She's actually texted me a few times for big NL games. Just not for this game. I suspect she may have asked somebody why I wanted texts and they told her not to tell me or something like that.

I did tell one of the guys I'd be willing to play anytime no matter who was playing and that I was doing it wrong before.

We'll see how it goes. Not giving up yet.

Did you call her on that, or ask for your money back? Seriously, she shouldn't have taken your money if she wasn't planning to help you.

I was speculating. I'm actually not 100% sure she was even there, she just is like everyday. Gonna let things play out more.

This game has effectively died.

Why? Nobody has told me.

My theory? They saw this thread

Or at least make sure that everyone there is a friend, when you do. If everyone around thinks you're a bumhunting nit, they move the game and don't tell you about it.

Tldn entire thread just OP.

Realize importance of keeping regs happy doing -EV things like drinking, straddling, and/or just being a friendly person at game.

PS: Just run your own private game in my biased opinion

This thread is amazing, I wished I found it 5 years ago. This Pincus is a hell of a character but I am sure he is long gone now. I do have some actual content to add though.

DrO is correct, he's actually studied at online and live casinos and has received multiple degrees in non-nittery.

The only thing in this thread I wasn't sure of. I think its actually correct to decline HU if you're friendly and play regularly. Burying someone HU is always personal, even 3 handed can be. Definitely situationally dependent though.
