You made a brag post, you realize that? You brag about winning $1200/hour, maybe people will discuss it. A self-described 20/40 player says he's beating 1/2 for 6BB/HR or something is 100% going to get people asking "where is that game". No idea why you'd bring it up in the first place and get angry when people talk about it.

Let's agree that there are far fewer 100/200 LHE games than there are 1/2 NL games.

Determining who someone is based on them posting about 1/2 NL takes considerable effort and probably some non-public information. That's why LLSNL has a rule against it - there's a reasonable expectation of anonymity. On the other hand, when you post about winning three stacks of high society in a 100/200 LHE game, expectation of anomymity is unreasonable.

A huge number of people lurk these forums. If you want my advice, a little public contrition and a little groveling at the feet of a mod is in order. Get the speculation and your original brag scrubbed before Google archives it forever.

You really thought this? REALLY? You thought you could drop in, say you're crushing the 100/200 and everybody would just give you a pat on the back and be done with it? We all know it's not Commerce, because plenty of people who post here would know about it. And as others have mentioned, there just aren't (m)any other regular 100/200s going...

I got that this is all common sense to you guys but it's not to me. I'm new to both this forum and to limit hold'em. I've played at Bay 101 a few times and here and that's it. I read Small Stakes and watched some DC videos and read this forum, and that's the extent of my limit hold'em knowledge. I don't know all of this stuff about what games run where and who plays them that posts in this forum etc etc. I thought I had plausible deniability that the game was at Commerce or anywhere else (evidently no other 1/2's run, I did not know that).

I just learned all of this the hard way. I would appreciate it if you guys could cut me some slack and just not talk about the game ITT anymore. I'm (REALLY REALLY) sorry that I bought it up.

If I set the over/under on the number of live rooms that have 100/200 LHE (straight limit hold'em, nothing mixed) games in the USA at 4.5, I wonder how many people would take the over. Let's say to count a room would have to have a game that goes twice a month or more for 8+ hours every month of the year. For bonus points, would moving the number to 2.5 change anyones mind?

I've probably done harm to our 30/60 half kill game by talking about how good it is. There are a couple smaller rooms in SoCal that people get bit bent about people reporting on the internets. Generally if your game isn't well known, you have to decide if you want to publicise. OTOH, most people don't play as well as they say/think they do (it is human nature)... maybe the game will get better if you talk about it.

Would it be reasonable to think at least 1 LHE game that big runs somewhere in NYC?

Also, it looks like Bellagio has been spreading 1/2 instead of their normal 80/160 recently.

Probably not with your definitions. I've read/heard there's some MSLHE action at MDL, sporatically, and that 1/2 has gone a non-zero number of times.

I'm assuming underground clubs ae excluded from the count.

I think I see 100/200 at the Bellagio and the Rio during the Series. I'm not really sure since I haven't been paying close attention. 100/200 may become a seasonal activity, like picking apples, rather than being something to grind. At any rate, it's not regular in Vegas 12 months a year.
