Not in advertising although it seems like it lately with the damn Press-Gainey surveys all up in my ass. (This is mostly for Leo)

Of course the part that counts is not a lie. That is the whole point. I don't lie about anything that actually matters. This is especially true with my wife. She is way too smart and would snap call me.

For some time, I've been writing these disgusted reply posts / PMs and deleting them, so let's get this over with.

For someone who lectures your fellow geeks more or less nonstop on how much more you know about All There Is To Know In Poker And Life and How Much You are King Geek, King of the Geek Forest, you really manage to maintain a completely insufferable webpresence.

Dig back through the many careful hours you've spent mastering interpersonal theory and find a way not to be a completely unbearable smug showoffy condescending know-it-all prick 100% of the time.

While I disagree with most of the content of your post, I do think it's a fine example of why being "completely honest" is sometimes counterproductive and/or unnecessary.
