Main villain posts in CO. He is a tight, pretty boring young pro who came over from a broken 40/80 game.

There is one limp (from a bad, loose, somewhat aggressive player of unknown middle eastern provenance) and villain raises his post. The button (who is generally loose and bad) coldcalls, I call with T8ss in the SB, and the BB calls.

Flop KT9hh. I check, BB checks, limper donks, villain calls, everyone else calls.

Turn 7r. I check, BB checks, limper bets, villain raises, button coldcalls, I fold.

The most questionable part is preflop. I actually call this is a 2/3 structure but with the 2/4 structure it's just enough to tip it IMO.

Turn fold is standard. You need something like 8 outs to continue and probably have less than half that.

I think calling this is fine if you can navigate postflop.

Like example, being able to fold this turn on this action. If you even think about calling this turn card on this action, then you're definitely better off folding pre IMO.

If we replace the K with an A, are we still insta folding or do we have to at least think about it?

Much, much closer IMO. Removing the K makes our offsuit Jack outs far more clean obviously. Still would need 14% equity, though, and I question whether we'd have it even in this case.

Changing the K to A also removes the chance we're already drawing dead
