As long as one cbets almost 100%, there's almost no loss proposition.
Not an assumption so much as discounting the likelihood of those hands. I see where you're coming from though.

Let out a big sigh when he raises you on the turn and play with your cards like you're thinking about folding. Then rage call. That way he'll fist pump value bet his jj on the river and you can raise and hell cry

That sounds like a terrible way to play JJ.

Why would he value raise JJ?
Why would he pay off w/ JJ after a huge Hollywood on the turn, and river raise?

pre flop I'm utg and raise ATdd villain calls from big blind. 4.5 small bets in pot

Flop AA9 rainbow
I bet villain calls 3.25 big bets in pot
Turn 5rainbow no flush draw whatsoever
Villain check raises me.... Your action?

Edit : at commerce if relevant
Call, call. If he checks river bet. No other options.

Villain is telling us he has trips or better. Against that range we have 49.9% equity. We cannot raise. He may also have some bluffs which we don't want to fold out. If he is c/r us with worse than trips, there is a good chance he will fold to a reraise. Call, call.
