Yes, every generation gets better at hiding their innate racism until it will no longer be an issue that is publicly acknowledged.

Nationalism however, will continue forever, thanks to the Olympics

The same amount but people are better at hiding it according to DC.

AKA I would be a vocal member of the KKK if I was magically transformed to the 50s with no alteration to my mindset.

Ketchup is a Non-Newtonian fluid and quite cool in its own right. Did work on a fracking fluid study in grad school with a bunch of rheologists -- dudes could make a stuck ketchup bottle flow like water. Think shear history. Tomato juice is nowhere near as cool.

No one really gives a **** about race. There always the outliers, but who nowadays looks at someone of a different ethnicity and says " oh that persons xyz...**** them"...no one.

I don't entirely get the problem with nationalism though of that nationalism is built on a moral and legal foundation of individuality and self determination.

Certainly the "one world" concept has an ultimate goal of ****ing everyone.

And yes, I really enjoy consuming troll bait.

I believe its genetically hardcoded into people to fear and dislike people who dont look like them. Sure, we can rationally see that it shouldnt matter, but that diesnt mean there isnt a lttle voice in our head trying to tell us different.

And I'm as dismissive of the concept of a single world government as anyone, especially since the core emphasis by advocates seems to be to create more government, not liberty.

But why should i care if an Olympic medal winner is from my country rather than another, i care more about their effort, character, and the drama kf the competition than the winning "country".

Jingoist olympic announcers creep me out. Misplaced Nationalism helped bring Nazis to power in germany, Communists to power in Russia, China and North Korea. Its used by tyrants everywhere as a tool to maintain support and power over their peoples.

I love my country for only so long as it protects my liberties, no longer.
