I did not. Stopped driving when my last car lease expired 2 years ago. Uber/Lyft/public transportation is sufficient for where I live.

Whoa whoa whoa. Slow down guys. If we keep up at this break neck speed this thread will get over a page. Do you really want to occasionally have to push an extra button for the while last week of April?

But serious breaking news here folks. In Las Vegas tonight, there were two! Two! full games of 80-160 and a 40-80 still running at 2 AM when I had to surrender to the villain of sleep.

And they were so good I still had an erection the entire drive home

That was the weird part. There really wasn't one. One person got stuck in the 40 and tried to goad a bad player in to starting an 80. Who happy agreed. and randomly basically every tourist in the room agreed it was fantastic idea. And the poker gods just kept randomly blessing us with the players who thought that may learning the limit game was a good idea and that 80-160 was a good place to start. There were three legit 85/10 players.

The very best kind of tilt to watch is the amazing downward spiral of "I can't win a hand so in a desperate but completely obvious to everyone attempt to win a hand, any ****ing hand !!!!11!1!1!, I'm just going to start chasing and randomly spewing in a way that makes no sense, every hand in a row until I stack a god damn pot" tilt.

My favorite of the night was a raise in EP with AK with two callers. Q84 flop? No problem, perfect spot to execute the ol 3 way check raise barrel

I prefer the dudes who cc an open with like 33, raise to "protect their hand" on T82r, get three bet by the BB and call down to see his AT.

Or if it's one guy I play with semi-regularly, turn A river 3 and just flat call river

This had to be the highlight of my night, but may be a "had to there" thing.

LP is a very polite and quite Chinese lady. If you pushed her I'm pretty sure she'd say sorry for get in your hands way. She has found the ancient Chinese secret for making rack after rack vanish in to thin air.

EP limps. LP calls. BB taps.

Flop is AT4dd. Ch/b/c r/f/c

Turn 8d b/c

River Jd big blind bets, lp folds. BB turns over J8 to show her that he'd sucked out in her meaning good fold, she erupts tells him she folded AJ and tells him several times to go to hell because he was a liar

There is only one mid-stakes LHE mod, AFAIK.

Actually, it isn't too late. He could merge the previous thread(s) and date sorting would take care of the rest.

Bellagio 80/160 comes to life. Who knew?

That is crazy, every time I go to Bellagio outside WSOP it seems like the 40 game is horrible and there is no such thing as an 80 game. I guess people were there for the final four?

I've said before that I luckboxed my trip to LV where 40 was constantly running, constantly good, and ZOMG was out of town.

I've said for a while I think the biggest part of the problem here is we lost too many regs. I can think of about 10 who have disappeared in the last two years including several of our game starters and work horses. We just need more people that keep games so tourists have a game to play in.
