60 live, river spot #2
UTG+1 is a pro from the East Coast, not an outstanding player IMO but def not bad; his style is borderline between TAG and LAG I would say with the LAGgier side mostly manifested preflop. He is very showdown bound. It's 8 handed now and there is a poster in CO who posted BB+SB (2/3 structure)
UTG+1 opens, folds to hero who defends K5o in BB
Flop 5 T 2 hero check raises UTG+1 calls
Turn T hero bets planning to fold to a raise (?), UTG+1 calls
River 4 hero ?

Re: 60 live, river spot #2
I fold this prerlop. If I defend, I tend to approach flops like this vs tight ranges a bit more cautiously. Mistake?
As played the river seems like a bet/fold unless the player in question is very creative with river bluff raises.
I almost like b3b river better than b/c.

Vs a utg+1 raise I fold this one in blinds.
Do you consider x/c river?

Re: 60 live, river spot #2
I would defend only with a big overlay from CO poster but I would not c/r this flop.

Re: 60 live, river spot #2
You guys read the hand? Folding preflop is a huge mistake, he is getting 16:3. Hand is played fine, bet the river and except to usually win when called and probably fold to raise

What range do you have UTG+1 on that it's a huge mistake? And as a follow up, what hands do you fold versus that range getting 16:3?

Re: 60 live, river spot #2
prophet you can easily look up some equities vs any LAG or super nit range, 16:3 is a ridiculous price, I play any 2 cards here

Seems like you and DD are in a slight disagreement about flop - could you share why you think kr is not optimal/good?

Re: 60 live, river spot #2
Easy bet. If raised probably fold but there are a few people I could convince myself to call against if the situation warrented it. If you arent planning to bet this river you shouldnt bet the turn. In fact going c/r flop, check/call this turn is a very good line imo.

Your equity is higher heads-up versus 3-handed so I get that difference, but I was basically just wanting to hear that DD would play any two in this spot. That's all.
